Thinkers50 named them in the "Top 30 Emergent Management Thinkers In The World", and awarded them the "Radar Award". The Chartered Management Institute calls them "One of the new voices re-energizing management".

As an organizational architect in the field of new work, self-organization and (IT) strategy, Kim Duggen is in her element when she works with people who want to do something themselves instead of making do with theory or standard solutions. Depending on the situation, she changes into the role of consultant, coach or trainer. Kim has held positions in process management, as a trainer in the fields of EAM, soft skills, and New Work and as an elected board member of a self-organized cooperative. And how they can get the best out of themselves in the process - and precisely because of it. At Seminaris, he finds answers to these questions every day - and looks for more...

And yes – of course she is working agile and human centered. Henriette is an experienced systemic Agile and Flight Level Coach. She is founder of The Elephant in the Room.
