Are refunds possible?
Corporate tickets and tickets from entrepreneurs are not refundable, tickets for consumers (private individuals who are not entrepreneurs) can be returned up to 30 days before the event. Refundable amounts for returned tickets are as follows:
- 50% of the ticket price up to 60 days before the event (minus Eventbrite’s platform fees)
- 25% of the ticket price up to 30 days before the event (minus Eventbrite’s platform fees)
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, in the confirmation email you will find a link that allows you to update the registration information on Eventbrite – even after the purchase. However, if this change is made very close to the event (less than a week before the start), your name badge may not be able to reflect this change.
Is my registration fee/ticket transferable?
Yes, you can also change the name on the ticket when editing your registration information on Eventbrite.
Is it a problem if the name on the registration/ticket does not match the participant’s name?
Yes, that would not be good. If you want to change the name on the ticket, please update the registration information at least one week before the event starts.
